Processing time
Many items are printed to order. Processing time depends on the item and current volume. If you have a deadline, please email us before ordering and we’ll confirm timing.
Shipping
When available, tracking will be provided. Shipping time (carrier transit) varies by destination and carrier. If you need special shipping arrangements, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
Because many products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged item, or a defect), contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and provide a replacement or other resolution depending on the situation.
