How does checkout work?

Payments (when enabled) are handled on hosted checkout pages (for example, Stripe Payment Links). This website does not store credit card details. If checkout links are not available for an item yet, use the Contact page to order.

How long does it take to ship?

Processing time depends on the item and current volume (many items are printed to order). Most orders typically ship within a few business days. If you have a deadline, email us before ordering and we’ll confirm timing.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes. Use the Contact page and include what you want printed, approximate size, preferred color, and your deadline (if any).

What if something arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you on a replacement or other resolution depending on the situation.
